The Murder That Tore Los Platanos Apart

What's Eating Pedro Plantain?

Kaiju fans all over the world for the last year have been asking the same question; what has happened to Pedro Plantain? Once the world's most beloved Kaiju Hero, the surviving member of Los Platanos has spent the last year banished from the Heroes and wandering the earth in search of revenge.

How did it all come to this? Will Pedro ever be the same again? These questions, and more, are addressed in the newest Kaiju Commentary, The Fall of Pedro Plantain. And stay tuned to Kaiju.com for more updates, because if we've learned anything over the last few years, its that no one knows where this story will go next!

KCPC Formed, Attempts to Offend No One

In a slow week at the Kaiju Regulatory Commission, the Kaiju Committee on Political Correctness was formed in a broom closet in an attempt to avoid offending any monsters with unfair or impartial terms.

The KCPC issued one citation in their first meeting, criticizing Kaiju.com for last week's mention of "holiday" in the Battel Buyback reminder. The KCPC feels that Vegetius, who is a wild beast and does not celebrate holidays, would feel alienated by the comments. The citation suggested referring to such occasions as "optional days of celebration" instead. Kaiju.com has fired the headline writer and will look into the matter further.

The Kaiju Commissioner could not be reached for comment.

Giii Donates Blood

In what appears to be a rare showing of compassion for humanity, Giii the Space Pirate was seen entering a local Blood Drive over the weekend, apparently ready to donate blood for those who need it.

"Something about the holiday season really warms me heart," said Giii as he was entering the high school gymnasium where the drive was held. "Did you know someone in America needs blood every two seconds? And that one pint of blood can save up to three lives? It's all true, matey. I read it on the internet." Witnesses noted that Giii was also carrying large sacks with boxes in them, which he claimed were filled with presents for the children.

Giii, in the past, has been known as a public nuisance for destroying the New Brooklyn Bridge amongst other structures. But for now, it appears Giii has turned over a new leaf.

Giii Kicked Out of Blood Drive

In what appears to be nothing new for one of Kaiju's dirtiest Rogues, Giii the Space Pirate was forcefully removed from a local Blood Drive by security this weekend, apparently trying to sell his blood because he felt it was worth more than regular red blood.

"This really boils me blood, you know, matey?" said Giii as he was leaving the high school gymnasium where the drive was held. "Someone in America needs blood every two seconds! One pint of blood can save up to three lives! They need me blood more than ever! It's supply and demand, matey!" Witnesses noted that Giii was also carrying large sacks filled with boxes of orange juice and cookies, which he claimed would be used to feed poor children all over the world.

Giii also noted that his green blood is worth more than red human blood, citing the video game "Dundledorf's Castle", in which green energy crystals are worth more than red ones. However, one minute of internet research revealed that red energy crystals are, in fact, worth ten times as much as green ones, thus invalidating Giii's argument.
