Teppen Title Shot

The Commissioner has chosen Neo Teppen to challenge Call-Me-Kevin for the Kaiju Championship Belt at the New and Improved Boston Massacre Battel next week. This announcement has shocked the world, especially since Neo Teppen is already a Double Danger Tandem Title Champion, with American Beetle. The Commish defended his decision to go with CMK over the nefarious Dr. Cube saying, "Cube has already held the title on three separate occasions and therefore it is time to give someone new the chance. Plus Cube can't be trusted. Also, I hear he's good friends with Roger Clemens."

Dr. Cube, howeer, is determined to reclaim the Kaiju Belt and has threatened to make his presence felt at the New and Improved Boston Massacre Battel. Fearful that the main event will be ruined, the Commissioner has named Steam-Powered Tentacle Boulder special guest enforcer to prevent any outside interference. Boulder would rather be in the match, but will do anything at this point to get closer to the Kaiju Championship Belt! May Memorial

May is Kaiju Memorial Month, and two new stellar T-shirts hae been created to celebrate the lives of departed Kaiju greats. The first of these shirts is in the Kaiju Mall today - Marmit's Akamatsu-san has designed a limited edition tribute to Sky Deviler, featuring a detailed examination of the gluttonus Space Bug's inner workings in white on a black T-Shirt. Mayhem at Mass.Market

Come by and support Kaiju Big Battel and the Boston creative community at Mass.Market on Sunday, May 4th, 2008. Mass.Market is a DIY flea market where record distros, local bands, button makers, book makers, artists, clothing designers, djs, vegan and vegetarian bakers, and many others will come together for a day of swapping, sharing, selling and buying art. Mutant Mayhem

In published reports this week, Dr. Cube insisted that he had nothing to do with the Iron Brothers brutal attack on Call-Me-Kevin at the recent Danger Strikes Back Battel in Providence. Cube insists that if he wanted to take out Call-Me-Kevin, he would have simply sicked any one of his giant city-crushing Posse on the underwater winner. While this logic seems impenetrable, Dusto Bunny isn't convinced. He plans on taking the fight to Tucor at the New and Improved Boston Massacre, and beating the truth out of Cube's bird brain beast.

Chikara X Kaiju

The Commissioner has enlisted the Osirian Portal of CHIKARA Pro to team with Slo Feng to take on the trio of El Hijo del Ice Cream, Ice Cream Jr. and Sekmet at the New and Improved Boston Massacre. Ophidian and Amasis of Osirian Portal are familiar with all of Los Ice Creams' tricks and will be prepared to ensure that the cool Saturday night action doesn't turn into a hot fuss Sundae. Guitar Battel Boston

Dr. Cube and his Posse have recovered the Hero Intern '08's missing guitar from a pawn shop in Quincy. Cube's Posse will relinquish the guitar to the Intern provided he can defeat The Grudyin at the upcoming Boston Battel. To prepare himself to face The Grudyin's toothy onslaught without his secret instrumental weapon, the HI08 has embarked on a crash course in Batteling under the tutelage of American Beetle.

Tennessee Tango

The Kaiju Commissioner would like to thank the Middle Tennessee Anime Convention for hosting Kaiju Big Battel as the guest of honor this past weekend. Announcer Louden Noxious and his co-host, Beav Wallace, were accompanied by Dr Cube, Pedro Plantain, and the Sea Amigos to the country music capital of the world, where they partied with Peelander-Z, and 4000 Anime-junkies.
