Teppen Accepts, Will Defend Title vs Cycloptopuss

With less than a month to go, people everywhere are asking themselves who's gonna be in action at All Out War 2. At this point, all we knew was that the Hero Intern '08 was expected to graduate and make his true Hero debut, but we didn't know against whom. Other than that, the card was still completely up in the air... until now!

After discovering the Golden Treasure and challenging Kaiju Champion Neo Teppen for his belt, D.W. Cycloptopuss III has gotten his wish, and will get a title shot against the champ in Philly! But Cycloptopuss' dare comes at a price; if he fails to win the title from Teppen, he must relinquish control of the Golden Treasure back to the Kaiju Heroes! While the matchup, on paper, seems to greatly favor Neo Teppen, this fighto may be more than meets the eye!

Keep in mind, the last time Teppen fought in the Trocadero, he was defeated by Uchu Chu for the title. And let's not forget that Cycloptopuss may have an ally in his corner in the form of Unibouzu, a former Kaiju Champion himself. And last but not least, who knows if Dr. Cube may make his presence felt again? Last month in Brooklyn, Teppen was a heartbeat away from losing his belt from a poisoned dart by Cube; another incident like that, and surely Teppen's reign could be in severe jeopardy!

Jeremiah Critical, Dusto Vengeful

The Furious Furries just don't know when to quit. After crippling poor Jeremiah the Pink Teddy Bear last year in Brooklyn, Tucor and The Grudyin decided to rub salt in the wound and resume their attack on the fluffy Yokosuka Jump Squadron member after the Double Danger Tandem title holders laid Super Wrong to waste. Jeremiah, who had made significant strides in his recovery, was left a broken mass of blood and bones, back to the critical condition from whence he came.

Some Kaiju fans have been asking, "where was Dusto Bunny in all this?" Unfortunately, Dusto was suspended from the Yokosuka Jump Squadron at the time by Super Wrong, and was unavailable to help at the moment. Little did he know, he would be called to duty minutes later, in the search for the Golden Treasure. Of course, we all know what happened next; Dusto was inches away from the treasure before D.W. Cycloptopuss III snatched it away, leading to All Out War 2's main event.

All in all, a rough few months for Dusto Bunny, but that may be about to change. Dusto has been hard in training as of late in preparation for his revenge against the Furries and his redemption in the eyes of the Kaiju Heroes. First in his sights? Tucor. After thoroughly defeating the toucan/gerbil hybrid one year ago in Boston, Dusto wants to finish the creep off for good. Will Tucor accept the challenge? Check back to Kaiju.com for more!

Kaiju On the Lookout for Interns

With the upcoming graduation of the Hero Intern '08, Kaiju Big Battel will soon be in need of new interns! And while the in-ring internship program is on temporary hiatus in the Commissioner's absence, that doesn't mean we don't have plenty of vacancies elsewhere in the inner workings of Kaiju!

Studio Kaiju is looking for qualified candidates to assist with video editing, costume and set production, merchandise management,and much more. Our internships are unpaid, but offer a chance for students to take leading roles in a fully functional production studio that puts on live performance shows, and shoots independent film. And there's not a copy machine or coffee maker in sight, so you know we aren't gonna stick you with that kind of stuff!

Our interns must make a commitment to 15 hours a week, split up over two or three days. A cover letter, resume, interview, and scheduling agreement are necessary to begin an internship with Studio Kaiju LLC.
